Why hire a travel advisor?

You may be thinking - pfft, I can do this myself! And my friend - you absolutely can do anything you set your mind to, OF COURSE! But it comes down to a few things I would love to share with you.

Your time matters!

Perhaps maybe you haven’t travelled out of the country, or to THAT country that's on your mind - or you’re planning a wedding and you don’t want to deal with honeymoon planning on top of it all. (Even I did this as a bride because wedding planning was all-consuming at that time.) Regardless, if you try googling "Tuscany Villas", for example, - boy oh boy do you have a LIST to sift through. And what reviews do you trust?! Executing the perfect vacation can take some time.

Give yourself a VIP treatment.

As I mentioned, even I worked with a marvelous travel advisor when I was a bride. (she now is one of my colleagues, WOOT!) My reasoning, even though I LOVED planning? I acknowledged that someone knew more than I did in that industry, and could find the perfect trip for me. (at that time)

Travel advisors LIVE to give our clients a VIP experience that you deserve. Luxury resorts and restaurants keep emergency inventory for guess who? The travel advisors they have connections with, who book a lot of guests and send them a lot of business. I own my business under a remarkable host travel agency - Embark Beyond - which is where I have a plethora of connections and a network of the best hotels and experiences in the world.

Let me tell you - having champagne in our honeymoon suite upon arrival, luxury complimentary breakfast every day, free lavish cocktails in the boujee hotel bar - GAH! Feeling like a VIP made me want to become a travel advisor and help give other people that amazing feeling.

I had a client say that before working with me, she always just assumed she would get off the plane and figure it out - but you GUYS! It can really be as seamless as getting off the plane, having your name on a sign, and always knowing how you’re getting to the next place.

My main goal is to give you the ability to do what you sought out the trip for - to relax, not be planning excursions and discussing what everyone wants to do all day. (we've all been on THOSE vacations!)

You deserve a worry-free vacation.

My absolute fear for vacationers is to have them deal with nonsense on their days off. God forbid, what if something does go wrong? The last thing you want to do is be on hold for hours with a big company trying to get a new flight or hotel - I would tell you,  "Hey, you go sit on the beach, and by the time you get to your room, it’ll be fixed".

All in all, it's just nice to have someone in your corner.

No matter what - just remember that a hotel’s great reviews does not mean it will be right for you. A travel advisor will get to know your preferences, your wants, and your needs, then use that to suggest an itinerary that you and your travel buddy will love—from the perfect hotel to exciting tours and delicious restaurant reservations.

That's all for now😉 Now let's go see the WORLD, my friend!
